Stock Administrator & HR Administrative Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Administrator & HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves supporting both inventory management and human resources functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Administration

  • Invoice vehicles bought from auction and customers
  • Arrange collection for vehicles purchased including payments
  • Complete weekly spreadsheets for the directors
  • Chase vehicles arrival date
  • Process all purchase paperwork on Istores.
  • Send paperwork to directors to pay
  • Invoice sold trade cars for the group
  • invoice Autorola invoices and chase for clearance on them
  • Send Autorola v5's for sold cars

HR Administration

  • Assist with recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support on boarding and induction processes
  • Process HR documentation
  • Assist with preparation of timesheets/clock reports

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, stock control, or HR support preferred
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
