When you a ring up or arrive on-site, you’ll be greeted warmly by one of our service advisors who will take care of you and keep you informed about the work being done to your car. We have comfortable waiting areas, with free hot drinks and free WiFi. We offer free collection and delivery of your car within 15 miles of our dealerships, and subject to availability, we may be able to provide you with a courtesy car to keep you mobile.

Cars2 Ltd employees 140+ employees across 3 locations in Yorkshire; with its Head Office situated in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We operate retail dealerships and service centres across the UK. Its principal activities are:
- Selling new and used vehicles
- Arranging finance to enable customers to buy vehicles
- Providing vehicle aftercare including the servicing and repair of vehicles Sells parts and accessories

Compliance with the Policy: Cars2 prohibits all areas of it’s business and supply chains from using slavery and human trafficking of any kind.
Our main protection against slavery is to ensure that all business activity complies with minimum wage legislation. We also require this of our contractors. Our first line of defence against human trafficking is to ensure that all Cars2 employees have the right to work in the UK. Cars2 also requires that contractors only employ staff with the right to work in the UK.
The Group has adequate policies and procedures in place lao ensure modern slavery and human right abuses do not occur within the business:
- Centralised HR ensures compliance to all recruitment policies and procedures
- Centralised payroll ensures all legislated pay scale regulations are complied with
- Centralised health and safety ensures all employees work in a safe environment
- An independent grievance procedure ensures adequate means to allow breaches to be investigated
Three high risk areas of our business have been identified. these are sub contact suppliers of valeting. cleaning and bodyshop repairs. This risk is mitigated as follows
- Contracts we managed centrally
- Only reputable suppliers are used, which are checked under our risk assessment process
- Charges are reviewed to ensure they are not unrealistically low in relation to statutory minimum wages.
Colleague Awareness: The Group’s Employee Handbook contains a grievance procedure that is supplied to all colleagues on joining the business and is loaded on to every employee's People page.
Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action. We may also suspend or terminate our relationship with other individuals or any organisation it they breach this policy
