Job Overview

We are looking to recruit 2 security officers to join our company . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises. You will carry out regular checks of the site and monitor surveillance equipment. Having your own transport is desirable.

Working on a 4-week rota. 4 days on then 4 days off.

26 hours per week over the 4 weeks, working 5 pm to midnight

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises, ensuring all security measures are in place and functioning effectively.
• maintain surveillance logs to document any incidents or suspicious activities.
• Respond swiftly to alarms and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and any unusual occurrences.
• Locking/Unlocking duties.
• Working alone or as part of a team, as required.
• Keeping a record of all visitors to site including time of arrival and departure
• CCTV Monitor to view site / Walk round checks

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence must have been passed 2 years ago or older

• Proven experience in security or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
• Knowledge of standard security and safety protocols.
• SIA Licence Card
