Cars2 are a highly successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire. We have grown extensively in recent years and now represent several of the world’s leading motor brands, including Hyundai, SEAT, Renault, Dacia, Fiat Abarth & Nissan.

We have opened our first Prestige used car dealership in Wakefield, known as Pure Cars.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Satisfaction this role will be responsible for delivering excellent customer satisfaction across the group.

The Role

As the Group Customer Satisfaction Manager you will be:

· introducing and monitoring key satisfaction processes across our manufacturer partners.

· embedding, monitoring and measuring these processes.

· monitoring the google reviews across the group and ensure any key factors are improved and implemented.

· ensuring we have a high level of customer satisfaction reviews completed and submitted by our customers.

· providing training and coaching to our sales and service managers in relation to our customers receiving a high level of customer care.

· providing key management information that details how the Company is performing against our customer satisfaction scoring indicators.


As our Group Customer Satisfaction Manager it is essential that you:

· Have experience in a Customer Service focused role or similar

· Have strong influncing skills when dealing with resistence to change

· Previous experience in a motor trade/retail environment would be advantageous

· Possess strong organisational and administration skills

· Up to date working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Strong Communication skills: both telephone and face to face

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines

The Person

This position would suit an individual who is / has:

· To be a strong personality with a commanding style of communication when dealing with objections.

· With an ability to form relationships with Customers and Stakeholders

· Professional manner

· Highly organised

· Confident yet has discretion and sincerity

· Willingness to be agile towards the needs of the business

· Possess excellent analytical skills in relation to reviewing data

Remuneration & Benefits

For the role of Customer Satisfaction Manager you will receive:

· up to £40,000 OTE (depending upon experience)

· Company Car, Contributory Pension & Life Assurance

· Office hours - 40 hours (Monday to Friday).
