Introducing the All-New Electric Nissan Micra
We’re excited to introduce the all-new electric Nissan Micra — a cutting-edge supermini that blends iconic design with the latest technology.
If the design feels familiar, that’s because the new Micra takes inspiration from the retro-styled Renault 5, thanks to the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance. The Micra’s silhouette echoes the Renault 5’s sleek roofline, while the striking headlight design pays homage to Nissan’s futuristic 20-23 concept. Designed at Nissan’s London-based design centre, this new model captures the essence of a bold and modern electric city car.
Performance & Range
Built on the same AmpR Small platform as the Renault 5, the Micra is set to offer impressive battery options with 40kWh and 52kWh packs, delivering a maximum range of up to 248 miles. With three potential power outputs — 94bhp, 118bhp, and 148bhp — the Micra promises an exciting and efficient driving experience across European markets.
Smart Technology
Nissan is also introducing its own version of the Google-based Open-R infotainment system, enhanced with a ChatGPT-enabled personal assistant to make every journey smarter and more connected. The Micra’s platform is already compatible with Nissan’s innovative bi-directional charging technology, offering even greater flexibility for EV owners.
Coming Soon
Production will take place alongside the Renault 5 at the state-of-the-art Douai factory in France. While we’re eagerly awaiting more official details, we can confirm that the new Nissan Micra will be available before the end of 2025.
We’re excited to announce the return of the iconic Nissan LEAF. The LEAF holds a special place in Nissan’s history, having pioneered mainstream electric mobility when it debuted in 2010 — and the new generation is set to take things to the next level.
Inspired by Innovation
The new LEAF’s design draws inspiration from Nissan’s futuristic Max-Out concept and the sleek, sophisticated Ariya SUV. While official details are still under wraps, the initial design reveals a modern, aerodynamic shape that blends style with efficiency.
Power & Performance Options
The new LEAF is expected to offer two battery options — 60kWh and 87kWh — providing a range that caters to both city commuters and long-distance drivers. Buyers will also have the choice between a front-wheel-drive version and Nissan’s advanced E-4ORCE all-wheel-drive system, ensuring enhanced control and stability in all conditions.
Built in the UK
Production of the all-new LEAF will take place at Nissan’s state-of-the-art Sunderland plant, where the facility is undergoing a transformation to support the brand’s electrification plans. As part of this exciting future, the LEAF will be one of three all-new electric vehicles rolling off the line by 2026, joining the new Micra supermini and the next-generation Juke.
Coming Soon
We’re eagerly awaiting more details as Nissan prepares to reveal the new LEAF, and we can’t wait to bring this revolutionary EV to our customers. Stay tuned for updates as we move closer to the official launch!
