We have grown extensively in recent years and now represent several the world’s leading motor brands, including Hyundai, SEAT and Peugeot. We have also opened our first Prestige used car centre in early 2018 and have further plans for expansion in the near future.

 

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Automotive Sales Manager at our SEAT dealership in Barnsley and Wakefield.
Remuneration & Benefits
For the role of Sales Manager you will receive:

Duties & Responsibilities

Working as a highly involved Sales Manager, you will be:

 

  • Coaching and motivating a team of Sales Executives to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations
  • Controlling costs in line with Dealership and Department objectives
  • Driving the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
  • Constantly improving customer satisfaction

Skills
As an integral part of our sales process, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:

 

  • First class Selling and Marketing skills – ideally gained within the Motor trade
  • Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to coach a Sales force
  • Sound knowledge of employment best practice
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practise and motor trade practices
