We are looking to employ a General Sales Manager / Dealer Principle for our Peugeot Car Dealership site in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity with our company for a highly professional and dynamic Motor Trade professional.

The Role of General Sales Manager / Dealer Principle:

* Managing a Team of Sales Executives
* Controlling costs in line with Dealership and Department objectives
* Maximising sales and profitability, margins maintained and manufacturer targets achieved

As Sales Manager it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:

+* First class Selling and Marketing skills gained within the Motor trade
* Proven Leadership skills – with recent experience of effectively managing performance through Coaching, Motivating and developing Sales Executives
* Sound knowledge of employment best practice
* Excellent communication
* Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads
* Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and motor trade practices
* Experience in increasing Market share
