SEAT Arona and Ibiza Facelifts

It's been a busy 12 months for SEAT, despite the global pandemic, with the Spanish automotive giants launching their brand new Leon and Leon Plug-in Hybrid models, both of which have flown out of dealerships. Now though, it is the turn of both the SEAT Ibiza and SEAT Arona, which have both been given exciting, albeit subtle, facelifts.

Ibiza

The new Ibiza may look very similar to how it did before, however, stylish new wheel changes are available as well as new colour choices, full LED headlights and a new badge. On the inside increased connectivity through SEAT's nifty infotainment system has been implemented, including the new 9.2inch touchscreen as standard on SE Technology trims upwards.

Cruise control and air conditioning feature as standard as well as a flat-bottomed leather steering wheel which is a welcome addition according to Cars2's first customers.

You can pick up the new style SEAT Ibiza in a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder version for around £16,995

Arona

The Arona has also seen its fair share of updates, including a more rugged XPERIENCE trim for those who have a little bit of extra budget and fancy splashing out on added luxury. The new SEAT Arona has some visible exterior alterations with dual-tone chrome finishing and new colours available which include apphire Blue, Camouflage Green, and Asphalt Blue!

Android Auto and Apple CarPlay feature on both SEAT Ibiza and SEAT Arona Models, with the Arona being complimented by a 10.25 inch digital instrument cluster.

Much like the Ibiza facelift, the latest Arona comes with 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI engines with output varying from 94 to 148 bhp. Neither have a diesel available, but the 89-bhp 1.0 TGI compatible with compressed natural gas promises to deliver low costs per kilometre of up to 50 percent less than a regular petrol engine and 30 percent less than a diesel.
