Duties & Responsibilities
Working as a highly involved Sales Controller/ Business Manager you will be:
· Coaching and motivating a team of Sales Executives to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations
· Controlling costs in line with Dealership and Department objectives
· Driving the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
· Constantly improving customer satisfaction
Skills
As an integral part of our sales process, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:
· First class Selling and Marketing skills – ideally gained within the Motor trade
· Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to coach a Sales force
· Sound knowledge of employment best practice
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads
· Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practice and motor trade practices
The Person
The role would ideally suit a highly professional and dynamic Sales Controller with a strong track record in the automotive sector and the following qualities:

· A passion for developing employees
· Strong customer focus
· Ability to thrive under pressure and handle conflicting demands
