Customer Facing Sales Administrator / Handover Specialist

Cars2 are a highly successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire. We have grown extensively in recent years and now represent several the world’s leading motor brands, including Hyundai, SEAT, Renault, Dacia, Fiat Abarth, MG & Nissan.

We opened our first Prestige used car centre in early 2018 and have further plans for expansion in the near future.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious sales professional to join our sales team in our Hyundia dealership in Bradford.

Working alongside an established Sales Team, the successful candidate will be a main point of contact, interacting with the customer from the point of order through to successful delivery and beyond.

The Role
As Customer Facing Sales Administrator you will be:

· Introducing yourself to all new sales customers

· Ensuring all relevant sales administration duties related to the transaction have been fully completed

· Managing your own administrative workload

· Keep Customers up-to-date and informed on progress of their orders

· Responsible for the Handover/Delivery of their new Vehicle, ensuring everything is ready for them to drive away 100% satisfied with our service

· Introducing Customers to our Service & Aftersales department

· Keeping in touch with Customers after Delivery

· One point of contact for all Sales Customers

Skills
As Customer Facing Sales Administrator it is essential that you:

· Have experience in a Customer Service focussed role or similar

· Previous experience in Hospitality or Retail selling environment would be advantageous

· Possess strong organisational and administration skills

· Up to date working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Strong Communication skills: both telephone and face to face

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines during peak selling periods

Remuneration & Benefits
For the role of Customer Service Executive / Handover Specialist you will receive:

· £18,250 basic salary - OTE of £25,000

· Contributory Pension & Life Assurance

· Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break per day and alternate Saturday’s 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
