Customer Experience Executive
Join our team as a Customer Experience Executive, where you'll play a vital role in shaping outstanding customer interactions. No prior motor trade experience is necessary; we're looking for individuals with a passion for customer satisfaction and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
· Enhance customer experiences through effective communication and swift issue resolution.
· Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a focus on exceeding expectations.
· Utilize customer reviews and CSI data to drive continuous service improvement.
· Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to efficiently handle tasks and prioritize customer needs.
· Introducing yourself to all Sales Customers· Ensuring all relevant Sales administration has been complete.
· Managing your own administrative workload
· Responsible for the Handover/Delivery of their Vehicle, ensuring everything is ready for them to drive away 100% satisfied with our service.
· Introducing Customers to our Service & Aftersales department
· Keeping in touch with Customers after Delivery
· One point of contact for all Sales Customers Qualifications:
· Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyse and act upon customer feedback for ongoing enhancement.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
- Saturday 9.00 am to 13.00 pm
