Cars2 are a highly successful and expanding motor retail group based in West and South Yorkshire. We have grown extensively in recent years and now represent several the world’s leading motor brands, including Hyundai, SEAT, Renault, Dacia, Fiat/Abarth, MG & Nissan, as well as our own prestige and sports car brand - PureCars.

We are due to open 2 new franchised dealerships in Wakefield in the next3 months. We are now looking for Sales Controllers/Business Managers to join our sales management team for these new businesses.

Duties & Responsibilities

Working as a highly involved Sales Controller/Business Manager, you will be:

  • Well presented
  • Dynamic, high energy and visible in the business
  • Comfortable interacting with customers
  • Able to demonstrate success in customer service excellence
  • Coaching and motivating a team of Sales Executives on a daily basis to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations
  • Driving the business forward by maximising sales and profitability

Skills

As an integral part of the Cars2 sales process, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:

  • First class Selling and Marketing skills, gained within the Motor industry working i a dealership environment
  • Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to coach a Sales team
  • Sound knowledge of employment best practice
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practise and motor trade practices
